Dear CAPCOM-UNITY REWARDS Cardholder,

Thank you for your participation in the CAPCOM-UNITY REWARDS Card Program. Due to the cancellation of an agreement held by our Prepaid card program provider, we will regrettably close the CAPCOM-UNITY REWARDS Card Program on June 10, 2010. Your Rewards Card will be closed on that date and you will no longer be able to use your card for purchases, withdrawals or deposits. The balance remaining on your Card, less pending transactions, will be returned to you via check to the cardholder address on record.
Please note the following details to ensure a smooth transition from the program:

  • If you have moved and have not updated your mailing address, please visit www.capcomrewardscard.com and update your address to ensure your check is sent to the correct address.
  • If you are receiving direct deposit on your Rewards Card, please notify the originator(s) to discontinue sending the direct deposit as soon as possible. NOTE: deposits received after June 10, 2010, will be returned to the originator.
  • If you have recurring Bill Payments, please notify your Bill Payment service and or your Billers to discontinue recurring payments as soon as possible.
  • Reward points accumulated at the Capcom Rewards Mall will persist on your account and can be redeemed at any time through www.bigbrandmall.com
  • Capcom-Unity points accumulated through the program will persist on your Capcom Unity account and can be redeemed through the usual methods at www.capcom-unity.com
